Giant Eagle Bakery - Ashtabula

I was in yesterday and bought a roast and mashed potatoes w/carrots. Dinner tastes great but the carrots could have been cooked for another 20 minutes. Things are hard as a rock.

I have to say thank you... these guys are awesome.. the bakery is the best! The store as well gave us this cake for a fundraiser for two wonderful people.. One of them didn't survive. The cake was done in his honor... the talent. no one wanted to cut this cake.. So if you ever need a special cake done.. This place is your place to go.. The staff here is the best.. Thank you..

I cannot believe what just transpired in this store! I was treated so rudely by this young kid while checking out. I was not aware that the 20 item or less line was moved nor the people behind me! You can barley see the sign! I usually don't complain about anything. So I called the service desk to talk to the manager and they hung up on me! Absolutely unbelievable!!! I'm in customer service and that is by far the worst I've ever been treated!

We ordered a birthday cake for my 5 year old and it wasn’t made…they did make it and delivered but the stress of finding out your child’s birthday cake isn’t there was beyond upsetting…I will never again order or recommend and we ordered frequently l..
