Kfc - Astoria

My husband and I were extremely disappointed with nearly every aspect of this meal. The chicken was cold, the extra crispy coating was falling off in chunks, and the chicken was dried out. the chicken nuggets were cold and dry, only the honey mustard dipping sauce saved them. The fries were on the cold side but were edible and somewhat tasty. The biscuits were hard and crumbled when we tried to open them and put the butter and Honey Sauce on, which was impossible to do since they failed to include the 4 packets of Honey Sauce that I ordered separately with the food order. I hesitated to order in the first place, but was reading so many recent positive reviews that I didnt listen to my gut instinct. Big mistake and lesson learned.

Was given less than half of Mac and only 3 pieces of small chicken

People were nice, but food quality wasn't good It was the worst KFC I ever had.

I wont go there anymore. They introduce new items then discontue them. Hard to find anything to like. The chicken is so different than it once was. So I ordered Nashville hots or chicken pot pie can't get them .KFC blames it on covid.

Ordered tenders meal for the kids with Cole slaw and Mac and cheese. Guy taking order said mashed potatoes? No Mac and cheese. Guess what we got. Also asked for specific dips. Got no dips. No utensils or napkins is that normal?
