Byblos Mediterranean Grill - Atascadero

This place is a great find. the food has so much taste and is by far one of the best Mediterranean places I was. Customer service was also amazing. If you ever pass Paso Robles you should stop at this place.

The gyro is not a good Greek gyro, it does not have much tomato and Oignons, there are too much meat, that was okay. but too fat, and there was not enough tzatziki. I wouldn't ask the gyro. Fallafell deluxe was better, but still missing sauce. However, the staff was friendly.

Truly delicious! My husband I ordered the beef shwarma, 3 item plate (spanikopata, hummus, and quinoa tabbouleh), and the pesto appetizer with pita chips. The food was prepared fresh definitely worth the wait. Owner/staff was very nice. We would eat here again highly recommend.

Since Mo and Mohammed took over at the end of 2020, the food is consistently delicious. I love the Lamb Ribs (chops) that comes with fluffy rice, fresh hummus and salad. When I am going vegetarian, the falafel is crisp, flavorful and moist. And I eat here at least once a week so I know. Also, the service is professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
