For years at this point, it offers a stable quality of food and service, which is of course affected by the circumstances from time to time (eg crisis, pandemic, punctuality). However, it manages to be above average and deserves 5 stars. The environment (pedestrian street/courtyard) is its big asset for a shop in such a central location. I will also point out the experience of those responsible in the behavior towards the customer, with remarkable flexibility. In recent years, it has also increased its foreign clients. On the plus side, the jug with cold water (and not bottled). Its dishes range from above average to excellent, without a huge variety, but with a clear goal that the customer will find quality food and leave satisfied. I wish everyone was like that.
