As a BBQ restaurant, they have all the classics—BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, and BBQ ribs—but they also offer impressive options for those who might not be as enthusiastic about BBQ. Choices include chicken tenders, cheeseburgers, salads, and wings, which I never would have discovered if I hadn't stepped inside. Unlike many places, they serve the BBQ sauce on the side, allowing diners who prefer a milder flavor to control how much they use. I tried their Big Daddy Pork Sandwich, which seemed to be a specialty according to the menu. I ordered it to go, and I appreciated how my sandwich was packed: first in wax paper, then in a foam container, and finally placed in a brown bag—great for minimizing mess in the car. I usually love a lot of sauce with my food, but the amount of sauce they provided was generous; I couldn't even use half of it. The pork had a wonderful flavor that tasted like it had been slow-cooked all day. In addition to BBQ sauce, they offer various other sauces for chicken and wings; you can choose from hot, medium, mild, lemon pepper, teriyaki, and more. I assume you can order these sauces with other dishes too. The service was very friendly, and there was no issue using my voucher. From the looks of my sandwich, it definitely did not skimp out on quality. They even acknowledged my birthday! The drinks were self-service, which I like since that means no tipping is required for drink orders. They offer a variety of Coke products, including both Coke Zero and Diet Coke, which is fantastic since I prefer Coke Zero, and it can be hard to find in restaurants. They also serve sweet tea, unsweetened tea, and peach-flavored tea. Overall, I’d give my experience an A.
