Auntie Anne's Pretzel - Atlanta

At Makalia, I got just the right amount of sass that I enjoy at ATL airport. The hot dog pretzel was decent, but the service had an attitude that was a bit too much for my taste.

The service was terrible; the staff had bad attitudes and it took 30 minutes to receive two pretzels.

Kieth assisted me with my food when I encountered card issues. He was genuinely kind, and the staff at the restaurant was exceptional!

Octavia was very rude!! I didn’t like that they had one kiosk machine that only took cards. When people had issues with the self service order kiosk, Octavia caught a very bad attitude with them. She was the worst employee there.

Opened about an hour late. Very inconvenient when you have an early flight . Then a staff member said that they did not have pepperoni pretzels only the nuggets…… staff not very welcoming/nice.
