Caribou Coffee - Atlanta

I always enjoy the mixed lemonade drinks at this restaurant. The bartender Kylie was very friendly!

The chai tea was quite good. I personally found it to be a bit too sweet, but overall it wasn't bad. My friend, who is a chai enthusiast, didn't enjoy it as much as I did. She mentioned that there was a strong spicy flavor that she found off-putting, although we couldn't quite pinpoint what it was.

I understand that they train new employees, but there is no excuse for them to argue with paying customers. I spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru, with the girl arguing with me about my order on the app before throwing up her hands and walking away while I was still speaking. I am a regular customer and have never encountered such rudeness before, especially over something as simple as coffee. And to top it off, my drink was incorrect.

Good, convenient location for Dragon Con (2021). Sadly closes at two.
