Bidra med feedbackI ordered from Chick-fil-A for a performance, and I have to say it’s the first time in a long while that I’ve been disappointed with them. This experience makes it clear that this popular restaurant needs to improve its quality assurance. Our drinks weren’t filled properly, and the child’s meal came with fries instead of the mac and cheese we ordered. The fries were so overcooked that they were bent over, and they were only half-filled in the container. My chicken tenders had two small pieces and two regular-sized ones, which makes me wonder if this particular franchise is trying to control portion sizes. If they are, it’s being done in a very improper way. Unfortunately, I didn’t leave Chick-fil-A feeling the same joy I usually do after dining there.
I consistently receive excellent service at Chick-fil-A, but Tyler's service stood out as exceptional. She approached her job with a positive attitude and asked additional questions to ensure I got everything I wanted to order. She even inquired about my weekend, which shows how much she cares about the little details. Keep up the great work, Tyler!
I witnessed an unfortunate incident at the restaurant where I was a customer. Three Black delivery drivers were waiting for at least 10 minutes to be served, while their orders sat untouched behind the counter. There were no other customers, only about six employees, none of whom acknowledged the drivers. It wasn't until one of the drivers had to speak up that they finally received service. Being a white customer sitting in the lobby, I couldn't help but notice that the situation wasn't busy, yet the staff continued to ignore the drivers. If this happens again, I will document it and share it on social media. It's disheartening to see such disparities in service, especially when the staff were all white.
We started with 2 lines, but the 2 lines merged in 1 line and the entries were not grounded. very professional staff who listened to their order and the window got it right! the lines moved quite fast, which surprised me as the traffic on the parking lot.
Thus place used to be GREAT. I admired John and how well he kept this place up. Idk what's been going on for the past few months. Every order has been burnt, cold or wrong. Today, my salad was drenched so bad that I can't call it a salad anymore. I'm deleting my app and leaving chic-fil-a alone.
