I reeeeally want this place to be good because i appreciate the values they espouse and the atmosphere is really great, but the food is weirdly bland and i’ve had consistently poor service. i personally don’t mind automatic gratuity overall, but when service is repeatedly bad it just feels like no one cares. pricing is also high, i wish they offered more combos.

Awesome spot! Wish the dining was better. Food was very bland and not as expected. Server didn’t bother to check in and refill drinks throughout the entire dinner. No kids menus or kid friendly options. No draft beer at 7pm on a Saturday night. Sat outside and servers kept kicking my chair walking past me so I moved the table (poor seating arrangement). Somewhat shocked at the experience. Mandatory 20% tips. Overpaid for a less than quality experience. Won’t be back.

El Ponce is one of our favorite places to visit. The food is always amazing. The atmosphere is great. And we always request Juanma as our server. He’s always the best! Definitely recommend!Food: 5/5
