The Cheesecake Factory - Atlanta

This was my first visit to The Cheesecake Factory, and it certainly won't be my last. I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive menu. The cocktails were fantastic! However, I found the food options a bit overwhelming; I wanted to sample more items, but the portions are quite large, making it difficult to try everything. The food overall is good, and I definitely recommend it. The cheesecakes, in particular, are amazing and quite generous in size. On the downside, the service could use some improvement. My inquiries were forgotten, and I had to ask for water four times.

I had dinner at the restaurant and my experience was great! Our waiter, Tommy, was exceptional. I will definitely be back again. The wait time for a table was reasonable, especially considering it was a busy Saturday in the late afternoon/early evening.

The food was good and we great service from our server. I had a party of ten family members. Meals and desert plus I bought my nephew a whole cheesecake for his birthday. Account 624.00. Happy.

Absolutely delicious and unforgettable! While there can sometimes be issues with various aspects of a dining experience, we encountered one last night. However, the way it was addressed—especially how the server involved the manager—really impressed me. The level of care and attention demonstrated by the team at Cheesecake Factory made me appreciate their commitment to excellent service. Thank you, and we will definitely return! Additionally, as many restaurants continue to face staffing challenges in the wake of the pandemic, let's all be a bit more patient and understanding. Everyone here works hard, and it truly shows!

The hostess and our first server was horrible (kept ignoring us, no silverware, cold food, no bread, etc. , BUT Stacey (one of the managers and our new server Kim, redeemed the whole experience. Stacey was very personable and overall very pleasant, and Kim could EASILY give a lesson on top notch customer service...she was AH-MAZING!!! Thank you both for making our celebratory experience enjoyable.
