Waffle House - Atlanta

I feel sorry for the staff; they really need more training and support. The restaurant wasn't even busy, yet our server seemed overwhelmed and wasn't able to attend to our needs effectively. Thankfully, a young man stepped in to assist us. They really need to get things organized.

The restaurant was bustling with activity, but Tierra and the wh team were exceptional! They looked after us like a skilled team of ninjas. I highly recommend this place!

The hashbrowns were pale and almost soggy, and the waffle was far from golden—more like an unappetizing brown. The bacon was so overcooked it was nearly brittle. After a long wait, a waitress with a bad attitude finally set our plates on the table, and then we waited ten more minutes for the rest of our meal. I swear, we contemplated spitting out our food, and half of what we ordered didn’t even come out until later. This was the worst dining experience ever. I was expecting much more, but I clearly set my expectations too high for this place.

We visited this place during atlanta for a ball game concert. while the restaurant was not full, we had waited 30 minutes for our table. Meanwhile, the staff allowed a customer to occupy a stand (not the bar) while we were in the restaurant. this customer was all the time on the phone with extreme profanity was loud enough so that the 2 stands on both sides could hear their whole conversation. I asked the workers to ask them to use such speeches (we have children with us,) but they do not. after finishing our meal, we went down to local coffee shop came back from this place, this customer was still standing on the same while customers waited. although our service food was in order, the overall experience was not.

Well inflation is really here if Waffle House prices have increased. But the food was hot, cooked to perfection, and the service was exceptional! The waitress made a fresh pot of coffee for me and nearly drank it all. Then to boot she made my last cup to go! Who does that!?! Thoroughly enjoyed my pecan/chocolate chip waffles/my pot of coffee. The Waffle House across from GSU, well worth the trip!
