We Suki Suki A Global Grub Collective

This is what food is about, people coming together to create something that has love and soul in it. The people here are very genuine and you can tell they really care about what they do and making sure you feel welcome. I truly loved my time here and am excited to come back with friends.

So good! I never been here until today and the options that were here was great. I'm stoked I didn't have to drive all the way to buford hey to get good authentic Asian grub. Bahn Mi here is pretty traditional. The pho is delicious but wished they had chili sauce available. I only left out a star because this place closes so early at 3pm. I think they are losing potential customers by closing this early.

THIS PLACE IS LIKE 4 DIFFERENT EATERIES. That initially confused me because we were there to get Ramen and thought we had the wrong place! This is a food market style where you order at the various counters depending on what you want to eat and then battle for some of the rather limited seating. The food is good and this is a popular lunch destination, so be prepared to hunt for both parking and a seat but it's worth it for the unusual and tasty options available here.

We Suki Suki isn 't only a restaurant, it is a self proclaimed Global Grub Collective . Which essentially means it 's a food hall or food court situated in a tiny space, with ~5 rotating kitchens/food stalls and a communal dining area. Some stalls are only open certain days/hours, and the same kitchen is used by another vendor during off hours. So be sure to check out the menu (linked below) to make sure the vendor you 're trying to catch is open! Alternatively, just stop by and see what tickles your fancy, because I 'm sure something will.I visited Qafe Pho Bar, and ordered the bahn xeo (Vietnamese savory crepe) and bahn bao (steamed bun). A friend took me here when I was visiting from out of town. This place is a gem, it's sad we don't have this where I'm from. Everything here is made with love and care and is packed with flavor
