Amada - Atlantic City

Incredible cuisine! I highly recommend trying the Chef's tasting menu along with the wine pairing; it's definitely worth it. The waiter was very knowledgeable, and the ocean views were fantastic. Regarding dietary restrictions, they do ask about any food allergies before seating.

I visited Amada for the first time last night to celebrate my husband's birthday. Both my son and I have celiac disease, and interestingly, our server did too. He was incredibly helpful and knew exactly what we could and couldn't eat. Since the fryer is not dedicated gluten-free, we stayed away from anything fried. The dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. There were plenty of gluten-free options available, including dessert. We had no stomach issues at all and would definitely come back again. Dietary restrictions: Many gluten-free options.

Overall, my experience at the restaurant was decent. The service was satisfactory. I really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts; they were delicious. However, the garlic shrimp fell flat in terms of flavor. The deviled eggs were quite good, but I couldn't help but wonder what happened to the other half of the second egg since I only received three halves instead of a full pair, which would normally be four halves. The lamb chops were incredibly tender and juicy, but unfortunately, they were not well-seasoned. They did come with three dipping sauces, which could explain the lack of seasoning. While the sauces were tasty, I prefer my meat to have more flavor on its own, rather than relying on dips. That's just my personal preference.

Awesome experience! Spent our anniversary here and it was absolutely perfect! Our waiter Raul brought us over champagne to celebrate as we seated. We were lucky enough to have the oceanside view and it created the perfect romantic atmosphere! Food was phenomenal delicious! We had the Garlic Shrimp, Diver Scallops, Iberico, Red Snapper (comes with Qinoina), Wild Mushroom Rice, Olive Cake and a fried ice cream sundae! Please see attached pictures!

We had a wonderful dinner at Amada tonight, made extraordinary by our waiter Andrew. He asked our likes and dislikes, made menu suggestions which all turned out to be fabulous dishes, and was just so helpful. We decided on a few of the tapas and a main dish which my wife any I shared. The food, the service, and the experience were all top notch, and we can't wait until our next trip back.
