Horrible experience at 7:50 today the manager of the shack Atlantic City location saw me sipping a Henny piña colada and open her window to yell at me to check my iD because the cashier only check one person ID for the drink so she through I was some little girl when I had my id in my hand the hold time so it can be check but instead I get yell at in front all the customers who was waiting for there order for no reason instead of apologizing she just closed her window and assume she was right for her action she could of said in a more acceptable approach like she could of call me over and ask politely. I felt so upset about the hold experience because I'm dark skin. she to attack me and look young.I deserve respect. When I way over the age 21 in older to drink.
I stopped here with my lovely Aunts. I tried the sauteed crab cake. It was so good and had so much flavor! I also purchased the souvenir coconut drink. They could have made it stronger since the price is so high. My overall experience was good and I would definitely revisit this place.
They've been closed for awhile and just reopen this summer. The food smells so good. Clam strips come as expected, as good as we got in a previous year. Fried Crab cakes add on $7.99 each) are disappointing. They need to redo the recipe. It's more like croquette with potatoes and onion. I barely taste the crab. Wonder if sautéed crab cake would be the same. Lobster roll is okay. I just can't taste the sweetness of the lobster. Fries are quite soggy. I have no problem with the service. It closes at 11pm. No rush for late folks.
Food was ok (cashier was cute, hello) but crab cake said crab cakeS (plural) on the menu but was singular on my plate.
