La Chimera Pizzeria

Abbiamo ordinato tre pizze, sicuramente buone ma nulla di eccezionale. La pasta buona ma di porzioni contenute. Il locale è carino ma, probabilmente siccome siamo venute di sabato sera, particolarmente affollato. Purtroppo i tempi di attesa sono stati veramente troppo lunghi, sia per prendere l’ordinazione che per ricevere il piatto . Very characteristic and well-kept place. The pizza didn't excite me, small compared to other restaurants in the province and not very seasoned, but the pappardelle with wild boar was good. Even though they were kind, the waiters often forgot we were there and there was a mix-up with the reservation, which was resolved promptly. My experience in this restaurant was excellent, it is the 2nd time I go to eat there, when I go to Viterbo this restaurant is my fixed point. Very friendly and very helpful staff. It is truly unthinkable to enter a pizzeria at 8am with a reservation, order only 15 pizzas and a first course and start eating at 10.30am. There were also 5 children at the table who had to wait the whole time with imaginable inconveniences. Furthermore, to pass with the stroller, the entire room had to be moved.
