Bidra med feedbackExtremelyyyy slow service most ppl visiting this location is on lunch break and having to wait 18 +minutes to get a catfish plate is ridiculous , the food is good but I?m sure there is a lot of business and money lost bc of the slow service and theservers they Always seem to be so exhausted and lazy.. This is my third time visiting this month and the service and wait timehave been awful .. Please consider revamping the service process .
My grandmother and I ordered the Catfish Feast, and the fish was cooked to perfection! We had a wonderful experience with excellent customer service, delicious food, and a very clean atmosphere.
Typically, the food here is quite good, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered the shrimp platter, and there were more fried shrimp tails than actual shrimp. Unfortunately, I was rushing to work, so I couldn't go back to address the issue. I was really let down this time. In the future, I plan to check my order more carefully before leaving. It might be a while before I return, but I want to emphasize that the food is usually good—just not this time.
The cashier seemed unaware of what was happening, and the soda had a musty taste. The bathrooms had a strong unpleasant odor. Despite the restaurant having a health score of 94, it was difficult to leave the parking lot due to the tall bushes that obstructed the view of oncoming traffic.
The staff is very friendly, and I always find that the fry cooks do a great job. The food here is not greasy like at some other Captain D's locations. I would rate it five stars if they had a self-serve fountain drink dispenser for refills, instead of having to go back to the counter and interrupt the staff when it’s busy.
