Ichiban Sushi Hibachi Japanese - Auburn

So a fun and delicious experience!! We shared a Hibachi table with another family. You were great! Our young man who cooked our food has let us laugh all the time. He did an excellent job to cook everything. Gordon would have been impressed, I have a cranberry n vodka and I will say it was more juice then vodka lol. But honestly, I am picky

The prices are great. The lunch specials are so cheap your practically stealing food here. If your around this should be a regular lunch spot. Servers are always attentive. Everything is prepared very quickly whether dining in or to go. Plates always come out looking amazing with tastes to match

After having a bad experience at the Liverpool location for our Anniversary we decided to give it another shot in Auburn and couldn't be happier we did. The service was amazing! The food and Hibachi show was awesome! The environment was on point and clean. The sushi was fresh and delicious. What more can you ask for?

My husband and I came for lunch and shared the lunch special. 3 rolls with soup and salad. We also got a few special rolls, a Kani salad and a mango tuna tartar. The Kani salad and tuna tar tar were saturated in the worst tasting sauce I've ever experienced. It was inedible. The salad came and it was barely 3 pieces of lettuce and a slice of cucumber. We ordered 3 salmon rolls that had barely a speck of salmon in them. The special rolls were the only redeeming factor of the whole meal. Overall it was disappointing and expensive. Would not recommend.

Hibachi and sushi are probably fine but DO NOT get udon. They are a bit overpriced and not worth it. Yaki undo is ok but the udon soup has no flavors. Also the tempura shrimps were cold.
