"The cucumber roll here is the best I've ever had! The bartenders are spot on, and the sushi is incredibly fresh with generous portions. Sushi Koch even offered us some samples to try. The new owner is very friendly, too. For those who wrote negative reviews, I believe they just struggle with change. In my opinion, the place is better than ever, and I love that they've brought karaoke back!"

Last week, my family threw a surprise birthday party for me, and I must say, everything was absolutely fantastic! The sushi was outstanding, and the food was delicious, arriving right on time. All the guests were very pleased with both the food and the service. Our drinks were always topped off thanks to our amazing waitress, Melinda! She was truly wonderful and even prepared a special birthday drink for me (check out the photo!). We never had to wait for anything! Jason, the General Manager, was present to ensure everything went smoothly. We even stayed to enjoy some karaoke afterward! Thank you for making my birthday so special! We have always loved Yong Shings and will definitely return!

I've been visiting this restaurant for years, and while it used to be nothing out of the ordinary, the recent change in ownership and the introduction of a new menu have truly transformed the experience! I apologize for the leftover picture, but I had to mention the new Tokyo Soft Shell Crab Roll—it was crispy and refreshing. Can't wait to come back!

I love this place. Food is good, drinks are good. Everyone struggles with the help of something slow sometimes, but a sign of time. Crab Rangoon are fantastic, love the house rice well. His reasonable price. Large people work there

I can’t say enough about this place. The best Chinese I’ve had in 26 years! The sushi, I just can’t get enough of. They have the tastiest boba drinks now. They also offer dessert! They don’t skimp ya on the drinks. The service is great. Really friendly, attentive and entertaining staff. the karaoke is finally back. Huge improvements. If you haven’t checked it out, you’re missing out.
