Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Auburn Hills

They wouldn’t let me give 0 stars. This place always forgets something from my delivery order. They also never can find my order when I go inside to pick up after offering online. Today I’m sitting at work missing half my order that I placed through there app and the manager won’t give me the missing items stating I will just have to wait for a refund. I’m hungry I want the food not the money at least be willing to correct your mistakes

Ordered pickup during the tropical tan fest . Food was prepped and smoothies still thick when we arrived. No complaints store was very clean too.

After learning about the racial profiling I should've never went here but tried anyway only to get FOOD POISONING. This was yesterday and I'll never go back there again.

Sweet potatoes were soggy. Servers were rude and didn't even say hello.

Ordered here last week. They forgot part of my order. Ordered here this week and they did not even bother to add all the add-ins I paid for to my sandwich and forgot part of my order. Crooks rd one is way better.
