Mcdonald's - Auburndale

Slow down. This place doesn't care how long you wait. Especially when you go in. You better get out. If you go to eat, it is faster to call any other mcdonald's, have changed it there, I guarantee it will come there before they realize that you are there.

Throwing through entering and smelling like a dumpster and a huge cockroache came out of the window. When I told the manager, she was extremely rude and would not give her name, and then the other employees refused to give her name and she screamed about her. I'll never eat there again and recommend that nobody does.

Horribler customer service. Rude, snotty, rotten workers. Ordering food is such an effort and inconvenience for them. You're here to collect a paycheck and give false orders. You have the worst attitude. Spend more time complaining about working, fixing their jewelry, and hair. Only way to repair this restaurant is to fire loud mouth, lazy, useless people.

The food was moderate. Fast service to go with it. But was only card or exact cash (if I got through).

I am always missing something or food is not fresh and definitely not made correctly. Most of the staff act like they really don't want to be there, much less take your order. Just very disappointed in Mcdonald's lately.
