Mcdonald's - Auburndale

My family went here on Christmas Eve. McDonald's getting after the light show is a decades-long tradition. Although the ride thru line was around the building and the one inside almost out the door, our food was hot and the order was right. We could say the little crew was overwhelmed. They were all in good spirits and helpful, even while they were busy and working with difficult costumers when they missed time to celebrate with their families.

WOW! Fastest, friendly service. Some cars are available upon arrival. But the order is done quickly. Then pay bop, bop, bop in the window. Ready to pick up window food and wait. Both ladies in both windows were very pleasant and wished me a good night. I wish I could give you 10 stars.

I was at an owner operated McDonald's near Michigan Avenue in Orlando Florida. I ordered a value meal and I couldn't get coffee with it they were charging me an extra $2 for my coffee in addition to the value meal. The McDonald's was fast and my food was hot. But because of this one issue I will not go back there. This was not disclosed when I ordered a value meal and I've never been at another McDonald's that has ever done this. Coffee cost them less than a dollar to make so this is just ridiculous not to include it as a drink on the value meal

If this company going to be paying 15 dollars an hour than there employee should be trained to put lids on cups properly so people don't get burn with hot coffee
