Papa Johns Pizza - Auburndale

Nice alternative to a fast food burger. little greasier than expected and could have used more cheese, but overall quite good sandwich.

Excellent Papa John’s! They’re always timely and quick! By far, the best staff among all the Papa John’s in the area. The pizza is fantastic, with perfectly distributed toppings. The sauce is just the right amount. We’re very pleased with this great pizza experience!

I’ll give them 5 stars solely because of the staff at the restaurant. However, let me warn you against attempting to order through the call center. Unfortunately, John's now seems to have a foreign call center that struggles to communicate effectively in English, making it very hard to understand what they are saying. They messed up my $80 order, but fortunately, the staff at the store were able to fix it and take care of my concerns. It's time for John’s to stop outsourcing their customer service to overseas call centers. We are in America, not India, Pakistan, or China.

I ordered a pizza, and it was ready in about 10-15 minutes. I customized it to my liking, as I can be a bit particular. The staff on the phone was extremely polite and helpful; they never rushed me or made me feel like a burden. While John's isn't my favorite restaurant all the time, if I'm craving pizza again, this is the place I'd choose.
