The service was warm, friendly, and attentive. The food was excellent with generous portions. Highly recommend!

I just ordered takeout from Pronto Eatery and tried their Chicken Katsu with a $2 upgrade for miso sauce. It was hands down the best chicken katsu I've ever had! The miso sauce is incredibly delicious—rich yet wonderfully smooth. I was so hungry that I forgot to take a photo, but I’ll definitely share one the next time I order!

Incredible food! Who would have imagined finding a café in New Zealand that offers dishes with a Japanese twist? The staff was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. I will definitely return to explore more of the menu!

If I can, I will give 4.5 star. Staff always smiling, friendly, helpful, and very polite. Food iis very flavoursome, tasty. Portion size just right. The only 0.5 star I deduct is I wish they can close a bit later than 6pm. Anyway, great place to go to.

A spacious cafe inside next to the Ascot Hospital. You can enjoy a bit of sunshine while brunching in the courtyard. <br/ <br/ The udon pasta was something quite unique, the noodles were tasty with the mushroom sauce. Sided with salad and different spices of mushroom.<br/ <br/ The egg benedict was nice as well. The bread was fresh, the hollandaise sauce was light and buttery. <br/ <br/ Their flat white was excellent and tasted very smooth. Would have been better if had some latte art.<br/ <br/ Very large portions on food and coffee.<br/ <br/ Friendly waiters and the food were quite to serve. <br/ <br/ Taste: 8/10<br/ Presentation: 6.5/10<br/ Service: 8.5/10<br/ Ambience: 8/10<br/ Value for money: 8/10<br/ <br/ Price $25 per person
