Bidra med feedbackThis was probably the first time in this Resturant, which had very well cooked food and a very sharp little cash. But nothing to let me win, not to get back pretty dead. But in a money earn area? I have to add, I will reflect the quality that I saw was a clean restaurant with clean rest rooms staff in clean uniforms.
Took 25 minutes to get our order. Customer service was atrocious. Kept getting dirty looks from certain members of staff despite being very understanding with the wait time. When I thanked the employee for my order I wished him a good day like i do any one working food service. He just gave me this nasty look for no apparent reason. The restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I have worked in restaurants for 20 years and have rarely seen a staff that looked so unhappy to be there as I did here. The food was good, no problems there as long as you're not in a time crunch. That being said I will NEVER eat here again. Horrible experence.
So, I live in North Augusta and will admit I forget about this Popeyes!! Well I went this afternoon and I extremely impressed!! The cashier was very attentive, made sure she keyed our order in correctly and asked I check the receipt to make sure she had it correctly! The food was EXTREMELY hot and fresh. They got our order perfectly perfect! ALL employees were very friendly and seemed to love their job. I will absolutely be back and will not forget about this location again.
They don't care what garbage they serve you. Customer support and the restaurant is totally okay with letting customers get sick. No wonder the employees are rude and don't care. They are run by apathetic and negligent management. Avoid at all costs!
I had no napkins. I had no fork. I had no receipt. They put my mac n cheese in a cup and didn't even give me much. Biscuit was in the bag along with fries being smooshed by box with chicken. Chicken was cold and not spicy. I had to ask for plastic fork and hot sauce. The worst part was waiting 30 minutes just for my order to be wrong. I fell asleep in drive thru 3 times because of 10 cars in drive thru. What took them so long? Will contact corporate asap.
