Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

All i wanted was a large order of fries, they only sell one size. So i paid the $2.40 for the one size fries only to get overly greasy burned up fries. That was truly disappointing ?

No honey mustard and no salad. Very poor service, unprofessional staff, I would not recommend.

Very, very slow. I booked an order online before I came, but still had to join the drive thru line. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. And now I have to wait in the 10 cars deep drive thru since I paid for my food. Not acceptable.

I waited in line for over twenty minutes despite only two cars being in front of me. Once I was able to order, I mentioned that I had two separate orders. The first one had six meals while the last only had one meal. After I was able to pull up to the window (took me over 5 minutes to successfully order... on top of waiting 20 minutes to even get to the order screen..? , the lady at the window had it cracked and I heard her say ?Oh my GOD! All this food. Why not order them together?? with a huge attitude and was very loud about it. And she just kept going on... I told her that she can keep the food and that I was going to a different Zaxby?s. It?s close to a 20 minute drive, but I?d rather not ever go to this location again. This isn?t the first time they?ve been rude toward me despite me being patient and understanding with how busy/understaffed they are.

We received our food at the same time we paid for it.
