Una garanzia. Il proprietario è sempre molto attento con un menù tipico e vario a seconda della stagione. Oggi ho assaporato gli gnocchi di polenta con burro fuso e grana, accompagnati da uno spezzatino di cinghiale con fagioli e un'insalata davvero squisita. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante, è un vero rifugio con piatti da ristorante.

Monte Agudo refuge: a balcony overlooking the Dolomites The Monte Agudo refuge was a pleasant discovery during my recent excursion in the Dolomites. The location is simply spectacular: the 360 degree view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking. I had lunch inside, enjoying the breathtaking view. The food is of good quality, with typical traditional mountain dishes. I tasted the deer stew, very tasty, and an excellent homemade dessert. The service was quick and courteous, even though the shelter was quite crowded. I highly recommend this refuge to all mountain lovers looking for a place to refresh themselves after a beautiful hike. The value for money is good and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
