Dunkin' - Aurora

Passing by stopped for a sandwich. Bacon Egg and cheese was greasy, bacon not cooked all the way. Disgusting. Bad service. Bathroom closed for customers. Threw sandwich in the garage ?

I just want to share with you all the very respectful and rude experience I have been through today. I was on the drive thru and from any reason I said loudly “Can they have a venti iced coffee” and the girl on the other side said: “We have not venti here this is not starbucks” in an rude ton. and I said: “I said venti, I am sorry that I am evil. I can have a great iced coffee”I could go through the saying “I’ve heard a great I sat there for 5 seconds and tried to process what I just heard and spit out. I'm trying to keep my hesitation and not tell about the car-dru person, as I could see that they laugh out of the window. if I hadn't had my 8-month baby with me, I would have told them. how would it be, instead of playing with sarcasm, they treat their customers with respect instead of giving skillful answers. will not come back, and I will tell all my friends and my family not to come here, and if they read this, I would avoid this place at all costs. Maybe I'll be with my diets.

As many others have said, the customer service at this place is terrible. the only nice person is a guy I suspect is the owner, otherwise very rude employee. the coffee is also made differently every time, never the same, even if it is the same drink.

They always serve drinks here, and they're always perfect. However, they just ran out of donuts, which I just grabbed.
