Bidra med feedbackI visited the drive-thru today around 4:45 PM, knowing it was Tuesday. I wanted to order from Wednesday's special and attempted to explain that I was willing to pay more for those items and did not want the discount. The young lady said she couldn’t accommodate that, but I insisted that I just wanted to place my order and was okay with paying extra. Then, another staff member came to the register and rudely commented on my request. I really just wanted to clarify if I could place that order—there was no need for the attitude. I'm 80 years old, and I simply wanted to enjoy my meal.
If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose that. When I inquired about the manager's name, the staff member simply said, "My name is manager!" After placing our order, I took the bag to the car. When my wife opened it, she found that the Pepsi, chicken, and sauces I had ordered were missing. I asked about the sauces, and the staff assured me everything was in the bag, but it was clearly lacking food. We have already reported this incident to the district manager and customer service, and I’m thankful we didn’t feel the need to involve the police. The manager claimed that because we had opened the bag in the car to take out the chicken, we shouldn't expect any other items. In the end, we left the food at the restaurant, hoping they could put it to better use.
I do not recommend this restaurant for online orders. Even though the app indicated that my food was ready for pickup, I encountered an issue with my order when I arrived. I requested to cancel my order, but the staff informed me that I would need to resolve it with my credit card company. The manager was quite rude and asked me to leave the dining area, despite it not being closing time (it was only 9:20 PM). As a result of this experience, I had to spend over 30 minutes figuring out how to cancel my order.
During the ordering on the passage apropos a male worker, he asked if we wanted a drink with the meal, replied first no and then we asked if he came with him. then a female worker answer, they want the drink or not totally rude I moved to the window she answered again, want to drink her or not I informed her about her rudeness and she slam the window in our face. then I went in to complain to my mother and she went on to make faces on her when she spoke to another worker.
I've given this place multiple chances and every time I have to wait for the food for over 5 minutes in a parking spot no matter what I order. I.E they are super slow.
