Mcdonald's - Aurora

I had an above-average experience at McDonald's—whatever that implies for them. The food was better than at some other locations, and the fries were excellent here. Overall, I’d rate the food 4 out of 5.

I'm trying to be understanding since I have experience in the food service industry, but after several disappointing experiences, I won't be returning. The staff is rarely friendly and seldom engage in conversation at the window. Often, they either don't have what I want or they give me the wrong order. When I do receive what I ordered, the quality is subpar. Next time I crave McDonald's, I'll be willing to drive a bit further.

Additionally, during my visit to the drive-thru, the staff informed me that the person at the first window would correct my order, but the lady at the drive-thru had no idea what was going on. This forced me to leave my car and go inside, where I had to deal with Fabiola again. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

My order of the fritten and nuggets. both were moderate in the temperature, even when I drove away from the place. only 3 minutes away and so the distance did not contribute to the temperature. can't you get fresh pommes?

Don't get how my code for a deal is expired when it says it expires on 9/5/22. And the lady gave complete attitude while I was trying to figure it out. Don't work in customer service if you have attitude problems!
