Red Lobster - Aurora

I understand that lobster prices have gone up due to inflation, but charging nearly $20 for just a claw is outrageous. To make matters worse, they didn't even include Cheddar biscuits with my order because I only ordered a few mushrooms and half a serving of crab legs! I ended up spending $30 and they couldn't even give me a couple of biscuits! Definitely not worth it, do not bother cooking at home, folks!

I recently dined at Aurora and had a great experience. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was dimly lit, so I would caution those with poor vision to be careful when navigating to their table. Our server, Brooke, was incredibly attentive and constantly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. She was great at accommodating customized orders and our food was delicious. My Kung-Pao Shrimp was particularly tasty and the portion was generous. The fried Brussel sprouts were also a standout dish. Overall, I had a great meal with excellent service from Brooke.

Red Lobster's weekday offers are their best kept not secret. I was for her Monday deal, just to try it out. Endless shrimps. So much delicious shrimp with your choice of sides, and of course the usual delicious cookies to go with them. It is worth the textbook definition of it. Since there are so few customers, the staff is less burdened and has the time and energy to be really attentive. They're all great. The only drawback is something completely out of the hands of the staff and the quality of the food: no bicycle parking I always seek as a cyclist. It is also right next to a large bike path, but I cannot invite my riding friends for this reason. Oh, good. Edit April 2022: You still have their weekly offers, unchanged, still worth it.

Let me start with our waitress Olga was great! We sat for lunch with our family for birthday, and a ceiling tile falls and sprays water everywhere. Some of our family members got wet and we had to take our table away. It sat there over 30 minutes before someone came to clean it, and a few nearby said it was the second time that this happened. The manager was hesitant, at least for the few who became wet, to say or do something. They clearly need their roof that is viewed and fixed. It could have hurt someone if they were sitting there.

We have been getting takeout from this restaurant for the past month, with a total of four orders. All but one of the orders were good, and the management took care of us for that one mishap. Our go-to meal is the shrimp linguine Alfredo family meal, which is a great value. I also tried the wagyu burger, which was initially overcooked with poor quality veggies, but the second time I ordered it was perfect and very tasty. Today, I had the cod sandwich which was also delicious. The sandwich had a huge piece of fish and the bun was crispy and buttery. The person who brought out our order was very friendly as well.
