Bidra med feedbackI visited Stall 1 and placed my order, but unfortunately, they couldn't process my card. So, I headed to the restaurant instead. I'm not sure if they didn't deliver my food to the car because I hadn't made a payment, but when I received my meal, it was cold. It seemed like only two staff members were working, which might have contributed to the delay. The food tasted good, but I really wish it had been served hot.
I decided to go to Sonic today to grab some milkshakes. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes for them. I understand they might have been short-staffed. However, when we finally received our shakes, they were mixed up, and we got the wrong flavors. This was a bit disappointing, to say the least.
I had a frustrating experience while trying to pick up my order. I waited as they prepared it, but during that time, I saw seven cars getting their food from the drive-thru. They assured me that they were still working on my order, but I eventually decided to cancel it and leave. It's disappointing that they can't prioritize customers like me, especially since they don't offer delivery services through apps like Uber Eats or DoorDash. The staff seemed unprofessional and couldn't provide an estimate on when my order would be ready. I only ordered a cheeseburger; it shouldn't be this complicated! Additionally, food should be prepared for drivers as soon as they arrive. They shouldn’t start making it only when the driver gets there or leave it sitting while they wait. Overall, I was very dissatisfied.
I have come to this sound maybe 4 times in 2 years, because every time it takes at least 8 minutes before someone takes their order, in the rule 10-15 wait and then 5-10 more when they pay. I waited for more than 30 minutes today to place my order and when I finally got into the window, they were out of 2/3 things I had ordered. I do not recommend this place, time does not improve the staff and it is never worth it
Burger not made like I ordered and the tots were still cold in the middle. Drove back and argued with an employee about the pickles that were on my bacon double cheeseburger. They don't put those on the bacon but do on the regular double cheese. In the app there is only lettuce, tomato and mayo. I ordered without mayo and tomato but they felt the need to add pickles and then argue with me that they normally come on it. NO!
