Starbucks - Aurora

Poor customer service, no greetings when you come through the door, your food bags are left open on the counter food exposed. Waited almost 10mins for my drink to be wrong. Not once as I was standing there did any worker approach me to see if needed help. Thanks to the manager for her help after she questioned if I ordered the wrong drink.....

I stopped in here because I had to pee like a race horse the staff was very welcoming said hello I noticed everything was clean while I rushed by the tables and burst into the restroom. Restroom served its purpose and was also nice and clean ???? As I was leaving the staff said goodbye and it was an overall 10 out of 10 experience.

Their signs and Google say they're open at 4:30am but you'll be lucky if they open by 5:30am. Then the manager treats you like garbage because you showed up during the time it says they're open. The manager herself said that none of the employees show up on time. Second day in a row they didn't open by 5am let alone 4:30am like their signs say they do... Will not be returning to this starbucks ever again.

Nice store. Unfortunate that staffing issues that are keeping them from opening on time the last few times I have visited (Aug/sept 22 It has otherwise been a great store. Friendly service, convenient location. Very spacious open layout. I had to resort to 7 eleven for my coffee, people. This is truly a crisis of epic proportions. ; I do hope they can figure it out. This location, with all of the medical facilities around it, would seem to be such a natural choice to have these extended hours if they can pull it off. I will keep trying my TR 4:45am visits. For a little while before I give up on my routine.

We ordered via mobile from this location and it was always ready within minutes!! Super fast service and drinks sandwiches were always good. Over a few days we had iced vanilla lattes, hot lattes, chais and fall drinks all were great!
