Taco Bell - Aurora

I strongly advise against visiting this Taco Bell! I was the only customer who received an incorrect order. When I went back to address the issue, I found the doors closed, so I inquired about it. They informed me that they were closed due to an unclean kitchen because the food supplier had not arrived. Frustrated, I simply asked for a refund.

Absolutely nothing! I received 7 tiny pieces of cheese on a tortilla with nacho taco, and it was way overpriced. I would share more, but I only needed a couple of bites to realize I just got a plain tortilla. Plus, I had to wait 10 minutes for cold food. Clearly, they need a new chef, but what do I know—I can only voice my complaints honestly!

Absolutely awful experience! I waited 45 minutes after placing my order online, only to find out they had run out of my items. I received a partial refund, but that doesn't make up for the absurdly long wait. There were 10 cars in line and only 3 staff members inside. Not a single apology was offered—just a clear lack of management! I would recommend going elsewhere. If we had cooked dinner ourselves, we would have been faster and received everything we ordered.

It was 7:50 clock when we went up to the window and turned everything off. there was a line behind us. their closing time was 8 o'clock. not professional. they should have told us at least through intercom that they no longer eat or serve, but write a recording. again, unprofessional.

Line was long and I'm pretty sure the guy working the drive thru window was new, but he did a good job, food came out pretty quick and was accurate.
