Super disappointed!!! Been coming here for years and never a problem. Has ownership changed??Ordered a small chicken parm meatball sub si ce it’s new. I was starving. So much so I started eating in my drive home. The sandwich was obviously cut off from another sandwich which had been sitting around!! It wasn’t even warm, the cheese was like plastic looking from sitting out for a while, barely a sauce. It was awful! I’ve honestly never had a bad sandwich from there until now.I live ONLY 7 min away. I left right after I made the call. So the sandwich SHOULD have been HOT and the cheesy gooey not looking fake.I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

The gentlemen who prepared my sub this afternoon had the most impeccable customer service I've ever received at any Firehouse Subs. They were attentive to make sure that I was satisfied with my online order. Thank you!
