Messenger to get order replaced and it seemed so disorganized, untidy and not very well managed. You messed up our order 2 TIMES. I've never had a problem with Chic FIL A until I got to this place. This place never gets my Or rather pick-up or turdash, so done order from here plus food is almost always cold. How where the pickles and tomatoes with me gees so crazy added
How often do I have to order my simple order correctly? I came to Kükenfil a drive threw on 11/17/22 I ordered a simple Chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich no pickles of the boy who repeated my order, but there was wrong and just ordered a regular sandwich with nothing. I came from the time I noticed I wanted not only to eat a bread and a piece of ****, so I decided to order AGAIN THREW DOOR DASH MINUTES LATER!!! Now did I get a deluxe without salad and PICKLES ON IT?? Who is responsible for this place? Once ok, I get it twice to get my order back wrong, is so frustrating! I recommend going to any other place, but this one. After the call so often it seems that they simply disconnected the phone because I couldn't reach anyone and the voice mail is full!
After the day in the hospital. Two of the same order ordered. Paid and went around the corner and Grabbed food and drinks. When I left, I checked the bag because only one meal was detected. I wasn't far. So I went back to a long line and explained what happened. I just charged you for a meal. I told you to order another one. - It's been accused again. When I went and picked up my order, I saw in bag and AGAIN this time they forgot my frits. I pulled and parked my bags and told the manager what happened. She said, oh I'm sorry that will be so much... card or cash? I was like you were real? I went twice in this long line my card loaded twice and here I have to go in and be recharged for Fritten! That's ridiculous! Of course I paid my fries for my daughter. But come on, she could have taught me Pommes after she went through the line twice and had to go inside. It's not so happy! If you can talk to your employee about the correct information when ordering. Also repeat the order and asked if it is correct. And most ALL always double check bags with screen to ensure that customer orders are always CORRECT! And if you want your customers to return to the same accommodation, the key for your employees is mistake! It would have been nice to get the Fritten free. But instead I left myself very upset with three different fees with taxes and did not want to return to this place. I will drive all the way to Stein See location next time. Then to deal with it!
I love some Chick-fil-a. However, not this location.Rude staff.Manager waved me off and ignored me when I asked about how to get to the drive thru. It is confusing.Homeless harassed me in the drive thru after I found my way to it. Another person was sleeping against the building right before the register window.Sandwich I ordered was sloppy, and wrapped poorly. Not the the friendly service I have come to expect from this establishment.Not a great experience.Wont return to this location.
