Long lines I understand it's busy but I don't know if they are short staffed

Was here at 8:08pm today and they closed the kitchen and all I could order was pre-made chicken. Not cool!!

The best fastfood you can buy. Chargrilled chicken is fantastic and the sides are good too.

I would never go back there again. I ordered taquitos, but they served me a taco plate instead. When I brought it up, the staff refused to correct the mistake and even asked me to pay nearly three dollars extra.

I can't recommend Rico enough! The marinade and charcoal cooking give the chicken an incredible flavor and tenderness. Plus, their unique green sauce is so delicious that I would consider eating it even if it were served in an old shoe! This is an excellent spot for a delicious meal at a great price. I highly recommend it!
