Stopped by again and excellent service again. Nicole helped me at the window. She'll was very patient with me, since I had to change something I ordered. Very polite and sweet and helpful. She made sure I had napkins straw and extra sauce without me having to ask. Thanks Nicole you were great! The staff here is awesome!!
I did not receive 2 of my burritos and missing 4 tacos. Do not bother calling no on answers. I did not have the time to go back. I also did not receive my receipt and when I asked for it they said it was in the bag. So no receipt, missing food.
I used to LOVE this taco bell but recently the quality and the service has gone totally downhill. I completely understand how hard it is to work in food but they never complete my orders, and when I ordered online today to pick up they didn't look me up in the receipts at all and said they didn't have my order. This used to be my favorite, but I think I'll have to stop going here :
I was made very uncomfortable by the manager Stacy. He told me that we don't have our mobile order over the drive thru mind you this is a choice on the mobile app) and told me that it's all about Taco Bell policy. He told me he was handed over by his manager. I asked him if they told people who are alone with children that they have to come out of the car to get their stuff? He just shocked. I don't like complaining, but the fact that he said it's a choice of Taco Bell and not only this particular place was the most discouraging thing, as I often say the mobile app enough what you will) and have never heard of this directive in any other place.
