Bidra med feedbackBeautiful painting! Remodeled, comfy chairs.. music is a bit too loud. Cafe d oya is delicious. Has the cinnamon taste. Churo is fresh tasty. Salsas are awesome, chips r fresh. Choripapas r a lil hard. Hawaiian parrillada is hot good! Shirmp needed a lil less cooking more flavor but fresh tortillas made up for it.
Really good food. And Elvis showed up. Not something I would ever have expected.
The food was terrible... Literally canned cold beans tomato soup for enchilada sauce... Every thing was cold. Yes it was a pick up order. It was my treat for the family. The chicken tasted heated up leftovers though cold. So disappointed. So delicious before. Tipped really well! Had to trash it all!!
The Chips and salsa they served looked like leftovers. Plates were dirty underneath when served. Older waitress women were a bit rude. Food was not worth their selling price. Waitresses were distracted and on their phones most of the time.
We had a really good time here. Everyone speaks Spanish, which is a little tough for a gringa like me, but my husband speaks Spanish, and also our waiter spoke English to me. The menu is huge, so I got some help from the waiter and she suggested the chicken with onions, peppers, and cheese (pechuga monterrey) and it was very delicious, and was plenty to eat plus leftovers. My husband got the enchiladas Bandera which he said was tasty, although the cheese enchilada with cheese sauce was a little much--he wishes he would have chosen the meats instead of the default beef in the red sauce, chicken in green sauce, and cheese in cheese sauce. That being said, he really enjoyed the chicken in green sauce. There was a little band that sang live, which was fun, but they were very near our table so that the volume was too loud. They only played a few songs before moving on, though. The decoration and lighting is all out in this place. We'll be back.
