This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I had no idea it was here, but they had exactly what I was looking for, which is rare. They offered a variety of delicious dishes that I had never tried before, making it a unique dining experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. Although parking may be a bit challenging, it is definitely worth it. They also serve pints, which is a nice bonus.

Second Experience Service: 1 star The server insisted we wear masks, despite us being fully vaccinated with 2 Pfizer doses. We were willing to wear masks if everyone else was treated the same, but a young couple nearby was not wearing masks. We were confused about the inconsistency in mask-wearing rules. First Experience Taste: We loved the flavors, especially the kalamansi sorbet and Wake-me-up citrus dragonfruit. The ube was sweet and the lava java coffee chocolate marshmallow was delicious. Second Experience Taste: We were disappointed by the service and lack of consistency with mask-wearing rules. We will not be returning to this location, but may try other Tropical Dreams sites in the future.

Best ice cream in austin, very rich and smooth flavors. The workers are very nice and helpful also. Will definitely come here again.

Terrible coffee. Maybe invest in a real espresso machine and replace the keurig-esque thing on the counter. Good ice cream. Not the friendliest service.
