Orange Julius - Austintown

This is specifically for DQ Austintown, Ohio! Sure, this is not a Brazier per se, they don't sell fried food such as french fries, burgers, chicken. The service inside is adequate but I've only gone in once. On the other hand the drive-thru is fairly quick and courteous with pleasant folks serving your order and taking your payment. I use the drive-thru at this DQ frequently. It's a double lane drive-thru so you need to be careful of other drivers, they could be a problem. The overall place is clean, neat and they have a huge array of cakes and other treats in the frozen food cases inside.

The drive-thru was quite slow, and none of the staff members apologized for the wait or even acknowledged us when we reached the window, other than to take our payment and hand us our food. Overall, this experience was disappointing.

The service was absolutely terrible. I waited in line for 15 minutes during lunch inside, but nobody ever came to assist me! I would recommend avoiding this place!

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the interior was spotless. The sundaes were delicious! The staff was friendly, and I had a wonderful time catching up with a friend during my visit.
