Subway - Austintown

I had an issue with a previous Grubhub order, so I returned the next day to get it replaced. I didn't catch his name, but the man with the tattoo over his eye was very friendly and apologetic about the mix-up.

The person who made My Sub today is named Joe, He is friendly and made My Sub look like a commercial worthy Sub.

Was very friendly towards the staff, they were very bitter and rude. On my sandwich I asked for oil. The woman making my sandwhich saturated it in oil and left my sandwich soggy to the point the bread was doughy and like someone dipped the sandwich in a pool of oil.

The sandwiches were messy, and I wasn't informed about the contents of my preordered sandwich. The service was extremely slow as well.

I waited in line, and after serving the person ahead of me, the young lady informed me that they had to close and couldn’t prepare my sandwich at 7:51 PM.
