I attempted to walk into the restaurant without making a reservation shortly before 2pm on a public holiday. The staff were unable to provide a table, even though there were customers who had finished and left. I asked multiple times, but they only responded saying they were fully booked and suggested I order takeout instead. Unfortunately, the takeout menu was limited and basic. It took 40 minutes to receive my order. The food was okay. Lesson learned.

After taking a break due to Covid, I visited Waterview for the first time with a group for lunch and a show featuring Lucky Starr as the entertainer. It was a delightful afternoon spent with friends, and Lucky Starr continues to impress with his performance despite his many years in the industry. The meal was delicious, and I particularly appreciated the real crackling served with the pork dish, a rare treat these days.

This restaurant was very disappointing. The prices were too high for what was received, and they didn't even offer coffee after lunch.
