Cafe Gato Preto - Aveiro

Ok. Only the local lager and soft drinks. And great pastries. But a great atmosphere. It's where the locals go instead of the tourist traps. Like the iron Duke English pub. Not English, not a pub.

It is a very local cafe. We stopped by to have a quick breakfast. We ordered coffee and hot chocolate for drinks and tosta mista and bread w/ butter. Everything was ok and tasty. Only the ladies toilet was a bit chaotic with water leaking from somewhere inside.

I went here today. Drinks were standard and food was ok to be fair, however after eating I went to the toilet and as I left the man shouted at me in front of the whole cafe about paying for the toilet even though it said that customers didn't need to pay for the toilet. I would recommend eating and drinking else where where the staff have manners. This is the first negative review that I have ever written so I'm not overly fussy either.

Local que oferece variedade de doces e cafés no café da manhã. Nada excelente, mas bom serviço. Valor ao dinheiro em comparação com outros locais na área normal.
