The 7-course meal is a wonderful finesse and refinement, very well balanced and very gourmet dishes, very well mastered land and sea weddings. A wonderful cheese trolley. surprising dessert with fennel. A little closer to the chef, visit the restaurant. Thank you. I highly recommend this superb establishment.
No word to describe the breakfast of July 10 except sublime. Menu at 70€ very pleasant, golden to perfection. Great staff

Very good restaurant, copious and beautiful discovery (from 145€/u)
I am Niçois and came to Avignon to taste at the Sevin restaurant on 2 December in the evening, a tasting mets-Whiskies chords. It is, I think, on the 5 night of this guy that Chief Guilhem Sevin organized with the help of Sven Poizat a big fan and pro of whisky. The reception is upstairs, the recipes invented by the Chef according to the chosen whiskies were in addition. The whiskies chosen among the rarities were great and allowed to sublimate the dishes and the dishes sublimated the whiskies. The team is professional while keeping simplicity and kindness. Value for money at 7/5. Sven, the chef and Manuel, the sommelier (who himself is passionate about whiskies: rare among the sommeliers), showed us and explained their choice and flat work by dish, whisky by whisky. The restaurant was starred from 1988 to 2020, it is legitimate to question a possible contamination by the co-vegetated virus of inspectors or inspectors Michelin who removed the star of Chief SEVIN.
