Bounom Café Bakery - Avon

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and I can’t say enough good things about it—the food and the staff were both exceptional. The owner is incredibly welcoming and is more than happy to walk you through the bakery items if you ask. I tried a variety of things and everything was simply impeccable. The hot chocolate, cheddar chive biscuits, and quiches were amazing. The food and service were so impressive that I ended up taking a bunch of items to-go. The owner even added a complimentary Honey Maple Cardamom cookie—now that’s great customer service! I brought home a selection of baked goods for my family (unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture), and everything was devoured immediately. It’s been a while since I've experienced a bakery this outstanding. I will definitely be returning for the friendly atmosphere and fantastic baked goods!

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. The baked goods are outstanding; the croissant is perfectly balanced with delicious buttery layers, and the cinnamon bun is indulgent, topped with a generous amount of cream cheese frosting. The seating area is cute and cozy, making it a pleasant place to relax. There's free parking available in front as well. While the prices are a little on the higher side, the portion sizes are quite substantial.

BouNom is a delightful patisserie! The pastries are not only delicious but also made with exceptional skill and care. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere. I experienced outstanding customer service from the owner and staff, who radiate positivity! If you haven’t visited BouNom yet, prepare to be amazed by their freshly made treats and the incredibly welcoming environment!

5 stars for the atmosphere, 3 stars for the food, and 1 star for the prices. Been to many French bakeries all over the east coast and this is by far the most expensive but not the best quality. If I'm going to pay $32 for 4 pastries I'd better bewowed. Traveled from far away and we were a bit disappointed.

Everything is delicious! The owners are super talented. Pastries have just the right amount of sweetness and not overly sweetened. The incredible work and variety they do deserve a lot of respect especially coming from the work of a barista to apastry chef. Baking is literally the upmost difficult talents to achieve with the right ratios and texture to taste. Veryinteresting to achieve these products from two cultures as I am impressed. I highly appreciate the energetic customer serviceand gestures. I am a first timer and do not live nearby so I bought it all in one go. Bon Appétit!
