Mcdonald's - Avon Lake

The service here is impressively quick! I’m familiar with half the staff, and I find them to be quite distant. That’s why I prefer to visit this particular location. The hardworking team in the area truly deserves recognition for their efforts!

This McDonald's is pretty much like any other one you'd find in your city. You can enjoy decent food at a reasonable price. I liked everything except for the kiosk, which was a bit tricky to navigate. There was a sign indicating that I needed to use it to place my order. I wanted to pay with cash, but I couldn't find an option to cancel the payment on the screen. Other than that, the restaurant was mostly clean, and I received my food within 5 to 10 minutes.

This McDonald's location is fantastic. They've never gotten my order wrong, and they're always ready to brew coffee, even late at night. The staff is very friendly and capable. One thing I wish all locations would change is to dim the drive-thru menu screen by about 90%. The bright light is quite distracting and takes away from the overall experience.
