Bidra med feedbackI shouldn't be able to tell that the rep behind the mic hates their job. Went to checkers next door, night and day difference on customer interaction. Not going back anytime
Sat in the drive-thru, stated it closed at 12am, it was 10:50pm. No one welcomed us so we said hello and then the lights turned off, still no acknowledgement! So, I drive up to the window and an employee comes up, just before 11pm and states they are closed and they are only open until 11pm. My issue, then tell me that but the fact that I was there before 11pm and they ignored me, turning off lights while I sat there then played stupid, irks me! Corporate will hear from me! I was there in time!
The food was decent i had the chicken fries combo which thank god they at least knew that, but the people there don't care about the customers. I was given my food and they quickly closed the window despite not giving me my drink after 20 minutes. I couldve had someone stay in my place ran over to McDonald's across the street and come back with plenty of time to wait. And even I did get the drink I learned they forgot the dipping sauce for the chicken fries. The woman at the window looked right at me and put her back to the window to try and take another person's order instead of acknowledging she at least saw me, and after she took it (I know she did because she pressed the button to turn off her microphone) and turned her head enough to see my car was still there and turned away again. I do not recommend it. Either find people who care or close down the place
Saw an employee pick up a customers order for the drive thru eating food out of the bag and then put the order back to give to customers. Absolutely disgusting
Don’t waste your time going to the bk in Avon park because the service was the worst ever. There was a big problem over a mistake I made when using two coupons. The second coupon number I gave them was wrong and the cashier in drive through tried to tell me it couldn’t be changed. I let them know I was just recently employed at bk in another county and the suppose district manager got so upset about the whole situation and told her manager to give me and my family back our money!!! Not to mention I had five kids and four adults in the car!!! How is a “district manager” going to get soooo upset about a simple mistake I made? Was it really so hard to basically make one more sandwich and add the fry to complete the second coupons entree and side??? This is so unacceptable for a “district manager” to have that type of behavior to a customer. Customers are what keep Burger King open. I’m guessing the bk’s over here in highlands county don’t value their customers like they should because if this took place in manatee county where Carlos bigord is/was my district manager and Brandi James the general manager nothing like this would have taken place. I am going to make sure I speak to every single person there is to speak with about this crazy situation. I am furious and disgusted with that bk because we are not originally from highlands we were only there to go visit my 27 year old sister who is a paraplegic and hade code blue the day before in the hospital so we decided to grab a quick bite because I’m always applauding bk’s great food and service and this is what happens…. SMH. I don’t appreciate the way we were treated and denied our food.
