Chipotle Mexican Grill - Avondale

This is my favorite spot in the valley—the customer service is consistently excellent! The food is always fresh! Thank you so much!

My son really enjoys Chipotle and usually goes there about twice a week. Yesterday, we took advantage of the Veteran's Day Special. My husband ordered two meals, and I also got two.

Alex at this location is truly amazing! He not only helped me get my order perfect, but he also brightened my day. When I came back about a week later, he remembered me, which made the experience even better!

Dear chipotle, I applaud you for your phenomenal service this morning. Although I walked through your doors at 10:40 when you open at 11 (not sure what I was thinking, I was an hour ahead) you guys hurried to prepare all the items so you could still serve my food. I was at home eating my bowl by 10:50. Now THAT is great customer service, and it does not go unnoticed.

Everyone and there Momma complains about portions. You can have as much as you want but we're gonna start with one scoop. So stop being rude and just ask for more and you will get more no problem!
