In-n-out Burger - Avondale

Service is beyond 5 stars , super clean and friendly. Food is amazing as long as you eat it while still hot once cold its no good and doesnt reheat that well.

During our cross-country journey, we made a pit stop at this In-N-Out for lunch. Although the drive-thru line was a tad lengthy, I decided to place my order inside. The staff was not only friendly but also efficient, and the food lived up to the consistently high In-N-Out standards, resulting in a satisfying, classic In-N-Out experience for us.

Drive through person who gave me food spoke so fast , asked me how I was doing but didn’t even pause for an answer. Before handing me my food. Also I was missing an order of animal style fries. Had to park and go back in as the monsoon was starting to pick up. then didn’t receive the correct order again. Just regular fries . Didn’t notice til I got home cause the umbrella from outside was breaking and flying towards me as I was getting in my car lol that was a gun experience

My friend and I stopped by after a long trip from Cali just to be treated like garbage. We walked into in-n-out in a great mood ready to eat, when Angela completely ruined our mood. She was rude when taking our order then when we tried to apologize for being confused she rolled her eyes and made a stack face at my friend. When we walked to the side to wait for our food, she continued to be rude to all the customers and even snatched someone’s card out of their hand because the card reader wasn’t working. I understand not wanting to be at work but DO NOT take it out on people who don’t deserve it. I don’t know what her problem is but it needs to get figured out before people stop coming here due to the terrible customer service.
