Jt Boba House - Avondale

The young woman who assisted me was incredibly patient and friendly. She created a welcoming atmosphere and enhanced my Boba experience significantly! I absolutely love Boba's House! Their flavor combinations are fantastic, and they've improved since they first opened.

Service is okay to be honest, but the prices kinda suck. my drink (large mint chip milk tea w/ regular boba) ends up costing 10 dollars, but it definitely tastes great! the wait on weekends kinda sucks though. but i definitely recommend it, especially inthe summer!

Drink was great! I always get a sip of Boba and have enough for the whole drink? but the one time when I buy a free drink offer (still has to pay for the boba separately) with my points, I suddenly have half the amount I usually do. Strange.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I wanted to try something new from my usual and I really liked the suggestion that the girl that took my order gave me. Strawberry/Mango with Mango Boba. I particularly like the fact that they can make a la carte beverage! They are not limited to just the drinks on the menu. The drinks are always at the point!

I love their drinks. The Boba is good, but expensive. You spend $9-$15 for a drink. Customer service is always rude and unfriendly. There was no time when we didn't get any attitude from the employees or managers. (For no reason, you think the dirty looks begin the second you open the door) The place is never really clean and it is always unpleasant to stay in the boba house and have a drink there because of the staff. I wouldn't say they pushed you out of the store, but they definitely don't make you welcome. Great Boba, but everything else is quite terrible.
